Romancing the Hop Blog Hop

I want to give a big thanks to Carrie Ann Ryan for putting this together! I also want to thank the many people who contributed to the contents of the swag bag!

I love to read. I read many different genres, but the romances are my favorite. I love my romance novels. I love the sexy alpha heroes, I love the tough heroines who can protect themselves, and I love the chase. The pursuit between the hero and heroine is always my favorite part of the book. Insta-love or just two people that easily fall in love and immediately get their happily ever after just doesn’t do it for me. I need hurdles and drama that keep the pages turning. Enough about why I read…

Let’s get on to the prizes! (These are not supplies by me) These are the awesome goodies that Carrie Ann has put together.

There are three grand prizes. You as a reader can go to EACH blog and comment with your email address and be entered to win. Yep, you can enter over 100 times!

Now what are those prizes?

1st Grand Prize: A Kindle Fire or Nook Tablet
2nd Grand Prize: A $130 Amazon or B&N Gift Card
3rd Grand Prize: The following Swag Pack!

Now on to the goodies from the Diva!

The swag bags seem to be a hit, so I put one together with street teams and Authors After Dark stuff. The swag bag is for US residents only. The eBook Roane is available to anyone.

Please note I am no longer on Blogger. If you have been following my by Google Friend Connect you may wish to find a new way to follow me.

I love the build up to the HEA. The misunderstandings and obstacles , interference by family or friends. As long as it eventually leads to happy ever after preferably with a hot hero and a not too stupid heroine them i’m happy !

I am like you when it comes to reading romance. I hate when the hero and heroine are just thrown into bed at the very beginning of the book. I like the sexual tension and all the emotions they go through before they get to that point.

Looks like your new blog is coming together. I followed using Linky and Networked Blogs. Hopefully I’ll still be able to keep up with your blog.

I love the struggle to get to the romance. Love isn’t overnight! Attraction and heat yes. I also like characters that continue beyond one quick story, I think a HEA takes a lot longer sometimes

I love the happy ending that is garenteed at the end. My favorite book is Lover Mine by JR Ward! I love John Matthew and Xhex. My favorite romantic moment was when my fiancé asked me to marry him! We meant two years ago right around when summer was ending when my friend and I went out for our last big night out before classes started again. I think it is romantic when he brings me flowers because no one else has ever done it! Thanks so much! Hope everyone else is having a great long weekend!!
